How to have a "BlueCow" DESIGN for your condo

Go to Derrick's Condo and talk with him.

Click on him.You've got a Cow Bell.
Go to Wonderland and  click on Cow Bell and u will see Derrick's blue cow.And go again to  Derrick's Condo and then go to ur Condo invertory and u will see the Blue Cow design
